At the heart of the Farmer and Chef project is our blog. We aim to post regular updates throughout the year on ingredients and how they’re grown, as well as how to pair, preserve and cook them in a variety of interesting and experimental ways. Whether you’re a gardener who’s intimidated by the thought of naked flames and aprons, or a chef who doesn’t like the idea of getting your hands in the dirt, fear not for we’ll be providing as many hints, tips and ideas for getting the most out of whatever your preferred walk of life may be.
