Green Garlic and Haricot Hummus

An alterantive dip with a looser, creamy consistency to regular chickpea hummus. Perfect with lemon rind and olive oil. Let’s jump in.

Recipe

  • 1 tin of haricot beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 tbsp Light tahini

  • A big pinch of sea salt

  • 1 lemon, juice and rind

  • 1 Green garlic

  • 60ml Olive oil (roughly)

Step 1.

Drain and rinse the beans and add everything (apart from the lemon rind) into a food processor. Roughly chop the green garlic before adding. Blender on a low speed until smooth.
